A budding parking marketplace, built in Bengaluru
SpotWala is a peer-to-peer vehicle parking marketplace that connects property owners with drivers looking for affordable parking in Indian cities. Launched in February 2026 by Smartshopz LLP, SpotWala currently serves 34 areas across Bangalore and Hyderabad. Hosts list their unused parking spots — apartment basements, driveways, covered garages, and open yards — and renters book them for daily, monthly, or yearly vehicle parking. SpotWala charges zero platform fees: hosts keep 100% of earnings, and renters pay hosts directly via UPI, cash, or bank transfer.
SpotWala is operated by Smartshopz LLP, a registered startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We incorporated in February 2026 with one goal: make parking simpler for Indian cities.
