Search for spots in your area, select one, choose your duration, and confirm. You'll get host contact details after booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are made directly to the host via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or cash. SpotWala doesn't process payments.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Go to My Bookings → Upcoming tab → Cancel. The refund depends on the listing's cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict).
Can I extend my booking?
Yes. From your active bookings, tap "Extend Booking" to add more time to your current parking.
What if the spot is already taken when I arrive?
Contact the host immediately. If unresolved, use the "Report Issue" button on your active booking to notify our team.

Hosting
How do I list my parking space?
Go to "List Your Space", fill in details (location, pricing, photos, amenities), and publish. No account needed to start — we'll ask you to sign up before publishing.
Is there a fee for listing?
No. Listing your space on SpotWala is completely free during our beta period.
How do I get paid?
Renters pay you directly via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. SpotWala doesn't take a commission during beta.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes. From your Host Dashboard, toggle the listing to pause it. It won't appear in search results until you reactivate.

Safety & Trust
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only share your contact details with confirmed bookers. You can control visibility in Settings → Privacy.
What if a renter doesn't show up?
No-shows are not charged since payments are direct. You can leave a review on the renter to inform future hosts.
How do I report a problem?
Use the "Report Issue" button on your active booking, or email customercare@spotwala.com.

How do I change my password?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Change Password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
